All I need is 3 or 4 photos of your property taken in full sun between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

You can email or text me these.  We can discuss your commission and I will provide you with an  estimate.  After receiving a deposit I will put you on my schedule.  

Size: 10" x 12" (works great for smaller homes) 12" x 18"  or 18" x 24" (works well for more appointed homes with a larger footprint)

I have a frame that I stock for $100 if you would like me to frame it.  

Shipping is the estimated cost from USPS plus $10 for shipping materials.
